We have had great luck with the hard seltzer kits from TrueBrew, but wanted to try it using Lutra Kveik liquid yeast from Omega Yeast Labs.  All we can say is WOW!  Four days of primary fermentation in a hot shed, 10 days bottle conditioning with a natural flavoring syrup, and we were enjoying crazy-clear well carbonated seltzer to enjoy during these hot summer days. We used a single Propper Seltzer nutrient pack at flameout to keep the Lutra Kveik yeast happy, and we didn't use ANY clarifiers/finings to clear it up (I hate to admit we didn't even cold-crash). ...
