Shipping policy

 

Brewing supplies often require quite a bit of packaging. Whenever possible, we recycle or re-purpose packaging and shipping materials. Please don’t be thrown off if your supplies arrive in packaging from one of our brewing industry partners, such as Grainfather, Wyeast, Kegland, Imperial Yeast, or another supplier.

Free shipping on orders $75+

Oregonized Brewing offers free standard shipping on eligible orders of $75 or more before taxes, discounts, or any other non-product charges.

To help us offer the best selection and keep shipping affordable, some orders may ship directly from one or more of the brewing ingredient and equipment distributors we partner with across the country. This means your order may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses and may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.  Even for our local customers in Central Oregon, if you select the free shipping option your order may ship from a warehouse in Rhode Island.

When an order ships in multiple packages, we will provide tracking information as it becomes available.

Current exceptions to the free shipping are liquid yeast (due to the necessary ice packs and faster delivery needed), full sacks of grain (anything 50lbs or more), and used equipment. 

Order processing and carriers

Most orders placed before noon Pacific Time will ship the same day they are placed, when items are in stock and available for immediate fulfillment.

We work with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to find the best available combination of shipping rates and delivery times. Whenever possible, orders will be sent via the carrier selected at checkout. However, there may be occasions when we need to use a different carrier to maintain the delivery timeline without charging additional shipping fees.

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships. For orders shipping from multiple warehouses, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Split shipments and delivery timing

Because some orders may ship from different distributor warehouses, items in the same order may not arrive on the same day. This is normal and does not mean the rest of your order has been forgotten.
