Refund policy
Returns and refunds are 100% ok with us because we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Oregonized Brewing. We understand that sometimes a product may not live up to your expectations or was simply the wrong item. Return requests can be made via the Contact Form, emailing orders@oregonizedbrewing.com, or replying to the original order confirmation email.
We do require that return requests be made within 30 days from the purchase date. Consumables (i.e. hops, grains, malts, etc) must be in their original unopened packaging unless previously approved and equipment must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
The short version is let us know if you aren't satisfied with any purchase from Oregonized Brewing as soon as you can and we'll do everything we can to make it right. Happy Brewing!
