2.3-3.0 °L - TF&S Malting - Golden Promise is a Pale Ale Malt grown in Scotland. It produces a sweet, mellow wort and is excellent for both brewing and distilling. Richer in color and malty character than standard 2-row base malt, and more highly modified.
