MCM Bavarian Pilsner is a German Style Pilsner Malt made from European barley varieties grown here in Montana.
It is malted in a traditional German fashion and has a light-yellow straw color with a clean, grassy, and straw-like characteristic, and undertones of honey and bread crust.
