Imperial’s nutrient supplements zinc by approximately 0.2ppm. in addition to supplying calcium, phosphate, and magnesium. Utilization will vary depending on wort composition and brewing practices and not all worts need supplementing.
Recommended usage: 1.6g per 5 gallon batch, or a generous 1/2tsp per 5 gallon batch. Add to kettle 10 minutes before end of boil.
