MCM Vienna Malt is similar to the British Pale malt, but with a more intense kilning cycle to drive flavor.
MCM Vienna Malt can be used at 100% without being overbearing. Great if used by itself to create many styles of dark lager and amber ales or at lower percentages to add complexity to pale lagers, IPAs, and pale ales.
