The classic stitch up hop sock is suitable for dry hopping or steeping grain or spices in the boil. If you have a heat exchanger, we highly recommend bagging your hops if your doing a hazy IPA, DIPA, or any highly hopped recipe, as it may clog your plates or even your pump!
