Coming soon...... Imperial Yeast

If we're going to call ourselves Oregonized Brewing we should definitely be carrying Oregon yeasts.  So, in addition to our favorite strains from Wyeast, we have our first shipment of Imperial Yeast on its way.  We'll have a limited selection available mid-May and hope to expand to the full Imperial line by the summer.  Love that high cell count and not having to get the starter going the day before!
