  3. Chill wort to ~12 °C

  4. Ferment at 12 °C for 4 days

  5. On day 5, raise to 18 °C to complete fermentation

  6. Optionally condition for 1–2 weeks—this helps clarity

  7. Package with 2.5–2.8 volumes CO₂ for sparkle
